A kind person rescued him and we were able to get him to a vet where he was fixed up. He has been fully vetted and is described as a sweet, appreciative, somewhat shy young boy around a year old. He is very “other-dog” friendly too. Please open your home and heart to this deserving young boy so he can finally have the good life he deserves.
