Rocky

"Rocky" is a 3 year old pitty/boxer mix. Rocky is looking for an active owner with an established routine. He is dog and people friendly. He'd be best in a home with older children 12 yrs and older. He thrives off of a calm structured environment. He loves biking, running, walking, and hiking. He walks well on a leash with a Keeper Collar. Rocky does have some desire to chase small animals so a home without small animals would be best, he has not been tested around cats. He is affectionate and eager to please. He's become an asset and role modal in the daycare program. Rocky loves to play but still needs some guidance on when to slow down and take breaks.<br/>Rocky came to us unable to kennel. While he has improved drastically he is still working on being in his kennel. He tends to whine while in his kennel and sometimes gets "FOMO" (fear of missing out). He can be a bit pushy at the kennel. He'll need to continue working on entering and leaving his kennel in a calm manner.
