With no plan in place, he ended up in a shelter — cold, confused, and waiting for someone who never came. They had no room inside so he was staying in an outside pen. <br/><br/>He is super friendly, great with other dogs, and loves meeting new people — including kids! He is all tail wags! Rocky is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and dewormed. He also recently had a dental cleaning with 9 teeth removed.
