Rocky American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Lafayette, CA

Meet 2yr old, 50lb Rocky the black pittie girl. She is a shy girl who is just waiting to burst at the seams with personality. We rescued her from a high kill shelter where she was doomed being timid. She is very friendly once she trust you. She loves toys and is truly silly. She is dog friendly and would do great following anothers lead. She is smart and food motivated. So far doing well on both house and crate training. She is a true love! She does have some very weird scarred marking on her head and feet. She is afraid of loud noises so only recommend older kids and patient experienced owner.

Thank you for reading about our awesome dog. All dogs came to us from different situations and we often do not know much about their past, but they are rescue dogs who deserve a second chance and need patience on their journey. All of our dogs our are in foster homes all across the bay area.

The first step of the process is you must submit an application in order to set up a meet and great or talk with the foster family. Once application is submitted the foster parents will contact you to chat more about the dog and make sure they're a good fit and can answer any further question. The application answers most of all of our questions and can best match you. If you do not get the dog you apply for we can use your same application for 90 days towards another dog in our care and simply forward your app to that foster parent.

All dogs will be fully vetted (Spay/ Neutered, Micro chipped, DHPP and Rabies Vaccinated) and other possible vet care prior to adoption.

The adoption fee is $300, which is considered a non refundable donation
