Rocky's Story

Rocky is a sweet Aussie whose family lost their home due to foreclosure. He lived alone in the empty house with only twice-a-day visits per day from his mom for food and pottying. His owner loves him dearly but her only choice was to re-home him. In addition, she couldn't even take her with him to her new apartment because they didn't allow dogs. His mom found us and Rocky was finally able to leave his lonely past January 17th, 2026 (since October, 2025) to join the home of beloved foster, Cindy. Her home has a ton of home and yard space for this big fella to explore and run around in. The adjustment from a life long with his mom from birth to his new surroundings was not been a cake walk for Rocky.

Rocky is reliably housebroken and he gets along well with other dogs, cats and children. Rocky is a hefty boy but he is well on the road road to shedding those extra pounds. Rocky loves hanging out in his new backyard. There he gets a lot of exercise chasing the squeaky football or a stick that Cindy throws around for him. In no time, we'll see his waistline.
