Even through the pain and confusion, this boy never lost his gentle spirit or his wagging heart. <br/><br/>Rocky was lucky enough to be adopted by a wonderful family who adored him. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as planned — through no fault of his own. He just grew into a big, strong 70.6-pound boy a little faster than anyone expected!
