Rocky's Story

Rocky came to us from south Texas where his owners dumped him in a garbage filled area to starve to death. He was found by a nice lady who took him home and reached out for a rescue, Rocky has been with us for months gaining weight and undergoing heartworm treatment. He is not free and clear to start his search for his forever family. Rocky loves to play fetch, rides well in the car and is housetrained. He sleeps in his kennel and has good manners. He is good with other dogs and would love a fenced in yard to play in. Sadly because he was not treated so nice he is shy and a bit timid with new folks.
