Rocco

Rocco's world was turned upside down when he unexpectedly lost his dad. We offered to help him find a home so he didn't have to return to the shelter. He's currently in foster in Winter Park, FL.<br/>A little about Rocco:<br/>- Bulldog<br/>- almost 5 years old + approx 60 pounds<br/>- neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated with no known health issues<br/>- pulls on leash, and gets overexcited at times, but likes walks. Hime with fenced yard is ideal<br/>- crate trained, no separation anxiety <br/>- potty trained and housebroken <br/>- knows basic commands: place, sit, down, stay, and recalls to his name<br/>- can’t live with cats<br/>- velvety, sweet, likes belly rubs, seeks affection, loves toys<br/>Rocco was living previously in a home (for 2+ years) with a child and a female bulldog. We are unsure what his interactions with them were like, but we wouldn’t place him in a home with children as he gets growly and pounces when he's overly excited or wants to initiate play or get attention. He’d be a great only dog<br/><br/>Rocco is staying temporarily with Reather, a trusted positive reinforcement, force free trainer. Reather is kindly helping us learn more about him.
