Plus, he has an award winning smile that just melts your heart.<br/><br/>He can be a bit shy when you first meet him, but give him a moment and you'll see his true personality shine. Once Roach knows he is safe with you, he turns into the sweetest cuddle bug, happiest when hes close to his people soaking up all the love.<br/><br/>Unfortunately Roach has spent his entire puppy hood in a shelter. He was sick when he was a puppy and then passed around shelter to shelter so he never got to enjoy puppy hood the way every pup deserves. <br/><br/>Luckily, he has always had his sister Beetle by his side and loves to play with her when he gets the chance. <br/><br/>Because of his fragile upbringing, Roach can be very weary and protective when meeting potential adopters during meet and greets. He has an even harder time with men since he just hasn't had a ton of experience with them.<br/><br/>Roach is such an amazing guy who deserves to finally bust out of the shelter and be given the chance to be a real dog.<br/><br/>His ideal home would be a calm environment with a yard to expel his energy, no young kids running around, and a loving active owner who will work with him on training and building his confidence.<br/><br/>He has so much potential!
