Meet River
River is a happy 5 year old chocolate lab who has a new lease on life! She used to spend her time in a kennel, raising puppies, and now is excited to see the other side of the fence.
She is happy to meet people and isn't wary of strangers. She walks well on a leash, and is just stoked to learn all about the world.
River doesn't have much experience around other dogs, in cars, or in public, so she is still learning those skills. She would be best in a family who can help her learn structure and go slow introducing her to new things. She plays well with other dogs when she knows she is safe!
