He can be a bit shy when meeting new people (especially men), but once he knows you, his affectionate, silly side shines through. He's especially fond of the ladies-our volunteer Debbie walks him often and swears he's absolutely perfect. If her house wasn't already full, Ritchie would be snuggled on her couch by now!<br/><br/>Ritchie's the kind of pup who needs a few leash walks and slow intros to build trust. He's not going to run into your arms on day one-but the bond you'll build with him is the kind that lasts a lifetime.
