Ripp's Story

RIPP - The Survivor With a Heart That Still Believes
Ripp's journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Once a terrified stray who shut down completely, he came into the shelter so scared he had to be caught on a pole, then trapped again after fleeing in panic. He wouldn't leave his kennel. He yelped if anyone touched his neck. He was placed on the euthanasia list and even presedated before a foster stepped in and saved his life.
In his foster home, Ripp was unsure of everything - especially going outside. His kennel became his safe place. Then he began having violent seizures, which are now fully controlled with medication.
But here's the beautiful part:
Ripp never gave up.
He slowly learned that love was safe. Now he gently tucks his head under your arm for comfort, leans in for affection, and looks to his best friend Tanner for confidence and reassurance. Ripp is sensitive, soulful, and incredibly loyal once he trusts you. He deserves a home that understands trauma but celebrates progress.
Ripp is living proof that the most broken beginnings can still lead to the most beautiful lives.

WHY THEY MUST STAY TOGETHER
Ripp and Tanner aren't just bonded - they are each other's lifeline.
Tanner gave Ripp the confidence to live.
Ripp gave Tanner purpose and connection.
They play nonstop, sleep curled up together, and move through the world as a team.
Separating them would break both their hearts.
They are ready for a home that sees the magic in their friendship and wants to be part of their healing story.
