Walks are her favorite, but she's on constant lookout for squirrels, rabbits, and anything else she could give chase to. She has a high prey drive that causes her to pull, hard, when she wants to get something. She may be medium sized but her pull to chase is not to be underestimated. If not looking for animals, Riley likes a brisk walk, but still stopping to get the smells. <br/><br/>In the backyard she loves to do zoomies and romps with the other dogs, plus keeping an eye out for those pesky squirrels. On these recent nice days, she loves being outside soaking up the sun. <br/><br/>In the house, she does a lot of romping with the other foster dog, chewing on toys, and window watching. <br/><br/>Riley does well with listening and usually comes when called, but if she's focused on a squirrel it's harder to get her attention. <br/><br/>When Riley wants attention she can get demanding with nosing at your hand or getting up in your face and can get jumpy when people are standing. She does like to cuddle, but it's when she's ready. <br/><br/>She did live with a couple dog savvy cats for a short while and for the most part would ignore or could be distracted away from them.
