Riley is a loving and cuddly 8 year old boy. He is shy at first but warmed up quickly, wanting lots of pets and belly rubs. He gets along with other dogs and would love a doggy playmate. Older kids over 10 only. He isn't well leash trained and is nervous on a leash so a fenced yard is required. An application and home visit are required before a meet and greet. Riley is being fostered in Fallston, MD. Our applications can be found on our website, www.ncsr-md.org. This sweet, happy boy is ready to go. We adopt out to the MD, SE PA, DE and WV Panhandle areas.
