At just under two years old, Riko has already figured out his three favorite things in life: yummy snacks, fun toys and lots of cuddles. Riko is a playful guy who loves a good game of tug-of-war or fetch but is also perfectly happy entertaining himself with his favorite toys. And when playtime is over? Riko is all about the snuggles. He loves curling up in your lap and settling into your arms for a nap. This sweet boy is very food motivated, which makes him eager to learn! He already knows how to sit, lay down and shake, and he's working hard on mastering "roll over". Give him a tasty snack and he'll be your best friend in no time. Riko is looking for a home where he can truly be part of the family. He doesn't want to be left on the sidelines - he wants to hang out while you make dinner, tag along for a spontaneous coffee run, "help" you in the yard and generally be involved in whatever you're doing. His ideal family will appreciate having a fun, affectionate little sidekick by their side. Riko is still working on his potty training, but he has made great progress in his foster home. He also enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home. Riko's play style is pretty physical and energetic, so he needs playmates who can match his vibes.
