Since then, he has settled into home life and has shown himself to be a sweet, devoted companion who loves being close to his person.<br/><br/>He enjoys spending time outside, relaxing near his people, and soaking up attention. Riggs forms strong bonds with the people he trusts and has a big heart. He would do best in a home where he can get consistent companionship, structure, and love.<br/><br/>This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but due to a sudden change in my housing situation I am no longer allowed to keep a dog in my building.
