Rigby's Story
Meet Rigby, an 8-month-old, 20-pound herding mix (Cowboy Corgi x Border Collie/Australian Shepherd) with an athletic build, endless curiosity, and absolutely incredible speed.

Rigby is the most athletic of his siblings and a standout for anyone who loves an active, driven, high energy dog. Standing under 16 inches tall, he is compact, fast, and built to move. He has that low-to-the-ground, streamlined little body that seems made for launching, climbing, and racing through life at full speed. He is known for scaling a 3-foot door in no time flat, loves obstacles, and brings a bold, energetic style to everything he does.

If you are looking for a dog with real sport potential, Rigby is one to watch. He would love a job, would likely thrive in dog sports, and has the kind of natural athleticism and enthusiasm that make him especially exciting. He is the fastest and most athletic of the group, with a true passion for movement, play, and action.

Rigby can be a little shy when you first meet him, but he is absolutely open to becoming your best friend. As he gets comfortable, his loyal and devoted nature really starts to shine, forming a close bond with his person.

Rigby came from a rural farm along with his siblings Eleanor, Dill Pickle, Rocky, and Wally. He enjoys playing with other dogs, loves toys, and would do best in a home that appreciates his energy and gives him the physical and mental outlets he craves. With the right environment, Rigby has all the makings of a fun, impressive, and deeply rewarding companion.

Medical Information:
• Neutered
• Up to date on vaccinations
• Heartworm tested (negative)
• Fecal tested (negative)
• On heartworm and flea preventative

Adoption Fee: $650
This fee includes all veterinary care, grooming, and supplies, and helps support our ongoing rescue efforts for other dogs in need.
