What is Big Love Rescue’s adoption process?

All adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. We select the best applicant for each dog based on the dogs needs. BLR adoption application can be found on our website www.bigloverescue.org Once your application has been approved we will set up a meet and greet. We are a foster based rescue and not a shelter. All of our dogs in are individual foster homes. We do not have a facility to come view and meet dogs.

What is Ridge’s adoption fee?

Is Ridge good with kids?

Ridge is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Ridge good with other animals?

Ridge is good with other dogs. It is not known if Ridge is good with cats.

When can I meet Ridge?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Ridge?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
