Because of that, he carries some emotional scars. We are still learning his triggers and helping him understand that the world can be safe and kind. Every single day, he is learning what love feels like.<br/><br/>Rider is reactive to other animals and can be uneasy with some strangers. Rider will need structure, understanding, and someone who sees the dog behind the baggage.<br/><br/>And oh, is there a beautiful dog behind that baggage.<br/><br/>Once Rider trusts you, he is incredibly sweet, loyal, and affectionate. He bonds deeply with “his people” and wants nothing more than to be close to them.
