Does your dog need a friend? Ricky is your man!

Him and his littermates were extremely under socialized and fearful of humans when we saved them from euthanasia at the local shelter, but thanks to a few loving fosters and an amazing trainer, Ricky has made amazing progress in learning to trust humans and be a "normal" dog.

Ricky has a secret superpower- he's LOVES other dogs. Within his current foster dog pack, he's the "enforcer"- he respects the alpha dog, but plays and communicates very well with his canine companions.

Ricky would do best in with someone who is committed to earning his trust as he's initially shy around humans. He would thrive in a multi-dog household with no cats or small children. He's very food motivated and already knows sit and how to walk on a leash! Plus he's kennel trained!

Per his current foster, "He's the easiest dog you will ever own because he doesn't get into anything or really have nay needs. He's happy with a back yard and a pack of furry friends. He's not the type of dog that would like to go special adventures with large crowds, he's a major, simple homebody!"
