Meet Rhodes 💙<br/><br/>Rhodes is a striking brindle mix, about 2½ years old and 48 pounds, with a heart every bit as strong as his story.<br/><br/>Last August, Rhodes was hit by a car and no owner ever came forward. His front left leg had to be amputated — but Rhodes never let that slow him down. He moves confidently, walks beautifully on a leash, loves exploring the woods, and is always ready for a car ride adventure.<br/><br/>He’s deeply people-oriented (of all ages) and happiest curled up beside his humans on the couch with his favorite stuffed lamb nearby. Rhodes is house-trained, gentle, playful, and past all the puppy chaos. He truly just wants to be loved and included.<br/><br/>Rhodes was recently returned through no fault of his own. After living in a home, it became clear there was a lot of jealousy and competition between him and the other dog in the household.
