Rhett - ADOPTABLE

Meet Rhett! Rhett is a neutered male German Shepherd Dog who is around a year old. He came to us as a very skinny, frightened stray, and now he's blossomed into a big handsome fellow! Rhett (like many Shepherds) finds shelter life quite stressful so he'd love to find a home asap! Rhett may be social with a well matched dog. He'd do great in a home with some experience; a fenced yard is a must for him until he's established enough to go out on adventures on leash (this is all still very new to him!). Rhett can be anxious in some situations and may become mouthy when overwhelmed, so a home with the knowledge to continue building his confidence will allow him to thrive.
