Rhea's Story

Meet Rhea — a gentle, affectionate mama with a heart made entirely of marshmallow. She is calm, soft, and very people-oriented. Her favorite place is wherever her person happens to be.
She walks nicely on leash, keeps her space clean, and takes treats with the most careful, tender mouth. She bonds quickly and deeply, so she’s looking for a home where her humans don’t mind a loyal shadow and a dog who truly wants to belong. She has experienced love and cannot get & give enough of it!
Her puppies will be weaned soon, and Rhea is ready for a forever home of her own.

Pitt Friends's Adoption Policy
Thank you for considering adopting from Pitt Friends! The first step in our adoption process is filling out our application, which you can find at pittfriends.com. If your application is approved, the foster family will reach out to you directly to arrange a meet and greet at a mutually agreeable time and place. We do not have a shelter facility. All of our animals live in foster care full time, in the homes of our volunteers. Our adoption fee is $200 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, deworming, and any other medical care that is required prior to adoption. A home check and vet reference are required prior to adoption. Each dog has different needs, so if one particular dog is not the right fit for your home, we may be able to recommend another that is a better match!
