Rex is a looking for a foster or forever home to call his own.<br/><br/>He's super smart and knows basic commands like sit, shake, drop it and wait. Black dogs aren't adopted as frequently as their lighter colored counter parts, unfortunately. It's called Black Dog Syndrome - google it!
