Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability. <br/><br/>Rex was surrendered because his owner had no time for him. He is a good boy but will need a home that will give him some time to decompress and get to know the new routine. He loves to go for walks/runs. Rex would be best suited as an only dog and no children under 12 years old. A fenced yar is required.
