Rex's Story

We have a REXommendation for you!

Rex is both a gentleman and a scholar! Gentleman: he takes treats oh-so-softly, walks right by your side on his leash, and will give you sweet, tiny kisses! Scholar: He knows cues galore! Rex has mastered the art of "sit," "shake," "speak," and "lay down," and would love to learn more good boy cues in his new home!

This 5 YO German Shepherd mix lived successfully with both other dogs and small children in his previous home. Rex has been described as chill and easy-going, and has quickly become a staff favorite here at HSU. Speaking of which, Rex is an excellent office dog! He's content to snooze or chew a bone by your feet while you work.

If you haven't met Rex yet, you need to! Who knows? He may be your new best friend!
