🐾 Rex’s Story<br/><br/>Sweet, goofy Rex is looking for his forever home! At just 2 years old and around 65 lbs, Rex is the perfect mix of playful fun and laid-back companion. He was rescued from the Los Angeles North Central Animal Shelter just one day before he was scheduled for euthanasia, and since then, he has truly blossomed in his foster home.<br/>Rex is a smart boy who loves to make his people happy. As a herding-type dog, he’s eager to please and enjoys having positive interaction with his humans. He’s fully potty trained, dog-friendly, and cat-friendly — a total win!<br/>He enjoys leisurely neighborhood walks and has a wonderfully independent side, happily entertaining himself with a ball or bone when you’re busy. That said, Rex also loves a good game of fetch and will gladly curl up next to you on the couch for some snuggles when it’s time to relax.<br/>Rex is the kind of dog who fits beautifully into everyday life — playful without being demanding, affectionate without being clingy, and endlessly sweet. Thankfully, a rescue group pulled him just a day before he was set to lose his life. Since then, he has been blossoming in his foster home.<br/><br/>He is super smart and, as a herding dog just wants to make you happy. Rex is fully potty trained, dog and cat friendly!! Rex loves walking around the neighborhood and is a very independent boy, happily chewing on a ball or bone if you don't want his attention.
