Rescue Raven

Raven is a 6 year old spayed female Black w/White Labrador Retriever<br/><br/>She is great with other dogs, but can get rough at play time. She is 80 pounds, so a dog her size or bigger would be best. She is great with cats and kids. She is learning leash manners, is crate trained and housebroken. Raven is not at the shelter and is in a foster home. <br/><br/>Volunteers For Animals periodically pulls dogs from other shelters to free up space; this helps avoid euthanizing healthy, adoptable animals. We are able to do this through the generosity of many people such as the originating shelter staff, transporters, foster volunteers and others who help with pulling fees, vet bills and finding good homes once they are here.<br/><br/>The adoption process includes an application that is completed by the potential owner. If there are multiple applications on the same animal, the animal will go to the best home for that particular animal - not necessarily the first application. Fees for the rescues animals can range from $100 to $450 per animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS.<br/><br/>If you are interested in any of the Rescue dogs, please Contact Us.
