Meet Rescue
Rescue is an extroverted people-lover. She’s a little bit sassy and we call her a “back talker” because she tells us just how she feels about every little thing. She has an extraordinary range of sounds to express herself!
Rescue also looooooves food. She knows how to sit, and you can see from how she wiggles while she does it that she can barely contain her excitement for the cookie. Mealtimes just might be her favorite part of the day. Rescue isn’t particularly invested in toys. Her life really seems to revolve around her favorite people and food.
She has lived in a home for most of her life, so she walks pretty well on her front clip harness and is used to being in a house. Rescue is housetrained, so we expect that she’ll adjust to her new home’s routine fairly quickly.
She doesn’t have a history of living with other dogs, but she does seem to like to play with some dogs when she’s gone on outings. Rescue is about her dog friends, so if her new home has another dog they will need to have a meet and greet to make sure everybody is comfortable. She’s not a good candidate to live with cats.
While Rescue is a loving girl, she also really values her personal space. If her future home has children, they need to be old enough/mature enough to consistently respect Rescue’s “personal bubble.”
She is six years old.
