Remy's Story
1 year old - 20 lbs - Male - Schnoodle (we think!)**

Remy was dumped in a construction yard in downtown LA and ran after his family as they drove away. For over a week, he stayed nearby scared, confused, but slowly accepting food from kind workers who were trying to help.

When we rescued him, Remy was shut down and unsure of the world. But underneath that fear is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet.

Now safe in a foster home, Remy is starting to come out of his shell. With the help of his foster sister, Lucy (a 60 lb Pit Bull/Boxer), he's learning how to trust, how to play, and how to feel safe again. He's incredibly gentle, affectionate, and once he bonds with you, all he wants is to do is cuddle up by your side.

Remy currently lives with four cats and does well with them, though he especially loves other dogs and gains confidence from having a canine friend around.

He's potty trained, doing great with crate training, and is currently in a 3-week board & train program where he's learning basic obedience while building confidence and becoming braver every day. He's a smart little guy and is making fantastic progress! As an added bonus, his adopter will receive a complimentary session with his trainer to learn everything Remy has been working on so his training can continue at home.

Remy is healthy, neutered, and ready for a patient, loving family who will continue showing him that the world is a safe place. After everything he's been through, we're determined that his next home will be his forever home.
