Remy's Story

Yes, she is stubborn…and nosy. She has a super-soft coat, a loving personality and an electric stare that can mesmerize you. Remy is truly one of a kind! She has that mischievous countenance that makes you think she is cooking up some new scheme to test your ability to prod her out from the cool shade to move her bloomin’ butt back to the kennel. And she is happy to go back there, eschewing the summer heat and requisite exercise that volunteers insist she have.

Remy has the face of a Disney character and the sturdy body of a bull. Her best life would be a routine filled with leisurely walks and some brain engaging activity. She is best suited in an adult home or with older kid., Remy has been around other dogs, and may be a nice companion for another semi-laid back dog that she meshes well with.

You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment. We always recommend submitting an application (and a copy of recent vet records for your current pets if applicable) to info@aradopt.org.

Link to application: https://www.angelridgeanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Dog-Application.pdf
