Reese's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. How to Adopt
Reese and Bluey – A Bonded Pair Full of Love and Fun!

Reese and Bluey have been together their whole lives, and we’re hoping to find a forever home where they can stay side by side. They’re a perfect match in both energy and affection, and each brings something special to the duo.

Reese is a goofy, playful girl with a big personality. Scratch her neck and she snorts; scratch her butt and she does a happy dance! She loves fetch—especially if you kick the ball—and she proudly picks out a favorite ball each day to carry around. Reese enjoys water, chasing bubbles, and playing with other dogs. She’s calm on walks, checks in often (especially for treats), and walks beautifully without pulling. She’s crate trained (though she may try to sleep on top of the crate), and knows “sit,” “lay down,” and “leave it.” Reese is smart, athletic, and loves puzzles and games—she’d make a great hiking buddy or patio companion.

Bluey is a sweet, affectionate boy who adores being near his people—leaning in for pets or curling up close by. Like Reese, he enjoys fetch, water, bubbles, and playing with dogs (he prefers females). Bluey is well-mannered, rarely barks or jumps, though the husky in him occasionally sings a song. He’s crate trained, knows his basic commands, and does best with a 6-foot fence due to his athletic jumping skills. Bluey walks well on a leash (especially a bungee one so he can explore), though he gets excited when spotting cats on walks. He’s smart, athletic, and also enjoys puzzle toys and interactive games.

Together, Reese and Bluey are affectionate, fun, and ready for adventure. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, and loving duo, these two might just be your perfect pair.
