Reed's Story

Meet the Woodland Wanderers: Meadow, Reed, River, and Willow

These four sweet pups came into rescue at just over two weeks old after their mother sadly passed away. Based on their build and background, we expect them to land somewhere around 40–60 lbs once fully grown, though that’s our best guess.

Because of their likely husky traits, we prefer homes with a secure fenced yard where they can safely stretch their legs, play, and burn off that joyful puppy energy.

Each pup has their own budding personality, but they all share the same gentle nature, playful curiosity, and love for snuggles. After such a tender start to life, they deserve homes where they’ll be cherished and continue to thrive.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heartwarming rescue story, one of these Woodland Wanderers might be the perfect addition to your family.

Reed is a smart, food-motivated pup who’s quick to learn and always ready to show off for a treat. He definitely knows when it’s mealtime—he’ll let you know, finish his food first, and be ready to head outside for a potty break. Reed loves playing with his puppy friends, often taking the lead by finding the perfect stick for everyone to enjoy. Great with kids and full of personality, he also has a sweet side and will curl up in your lap when he’s with his favorite person.

DOB 2/5/2026
