Red's Story

My name is Red and I am just a little over a year old.

I am a big boy – just over 90 pounds- and not quite done filling out yet. I am 100% puppy and just want to play and have a good time all day long.

I am good with people and the other dogs I have met. Cats are unknown.

I hope Santa will being a new home for Christmas!

My new family must have prior Doberman or like breed experience and the patience and time to handle an adolescent Doberman. They must also commit to taking me to training.

If you are interested in me please go to www.doberesecue-ne.org and review the rules and adoption area. The application can be found there as well. All of our dogs are current with all shots, are on heart worm preventative monthly and are neutered/spayed. All dogs are tail docked. All of the above Dobes are pure breed Dobermans unless otherwise noted. We hope you can find a place in your heart and your home for one of our rescue Dobes. Please Note:In most cases we require a fenced yard.We do not place our rescue dogs in homes with very young children (under the age of 8 years). We set these limitations, not because of aggression issues with our dogs, but because Dobermans are generally large, active dogs and can easily knock down, run over or easily trip a small child, causing a serious fall. Also, we reserve the right to refuse adoption for any reason. Our adoption area encompasses Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.Copyright © 2007 - Omaha Doberman RescueFor more information or to fill out an adoption request please visithttp://www.doberescue-ne.org/
