Meet Red, aka BIG RED, named such because he&#39;s got the long lean look of a well-muscled, elegant red thoroughbred. A right handsome hunk!<br/><br/>Found as a stray on a popular dog dumping dirt road, he is a sweet, distinguished senior gentleman, with the most engaging amber eyes that lock with yours and make saying no very challenging. A little grey on his muzzle and a slight limp only add to his character. Pretty chill &amp; mellow. Very loyal to his person. Sociable with people and other dogs; but sorry, NO cats.<br/><br/>Red will lean in for a for a head scratch and roll over for a belly rub. He loves his sun almost as much as he loves his recliner. He thinks his person should naturally just want to share their couch or chair with him, and given a choice, he thinks people beds are far preferable to a dog bed. After a morning romp and check of the perimeter, he is quite content to chill quietly inside with his family or bask on the deck.<br/><br/>His DNA results show a rather eclectic family tree, but whatever he is, he is 100% cool dog.<br/><br/>Red is 8ish, 55 lbs.
