Meet Red
Meet adorable 57 pound and two-year-old Red the squatty bully. This adorable boy sadly was left behind and found by housekeeping in a hotel. He had a crappy owner who decided it wasn’t worth picking him up.
Red is a happy little guy once he gets to know you. He came from a less than ideal start in life and still needs reassurance that everything is going to be okay. He is a bit leery of men but can be won over with treats and a gentle touch.
He loves being around other dogs, so we hope to find him a home where he has another buddy to spend his time with. He really enjoys his people as well and forms a strong bond once he feels safe. He would hate to just be left home all day without you there. He enjoys regular exercise, but is definitely not a high energy dog! He can't wait to find someone to love.
He hasn't been cat tested yet. He would probably be best with older kids who are more predictable. He's doing well with potty training and is getting more comfortable in the crate.
Thank you for reading about our awesome dog. All dogs came to us from different situations and we often do not know much about their past, but they are rescue dogs who deserve a second chance and need patience on their journey. All of our dogs our are in foster homes all across the bay area.
The first step of the process is you must submit an application in order to set up a meet and great or talk with the foster family. Once application is submitted the foster parents will contact you to chat more about the dog and make sure they're a good fit and can answer any further question. The application answers most of all of our questions and can best match you. If you do not get the dog you apply for we can use your same application for 90 days towards another dog in our care and simply forward your app to that foster parent.

All dogs will be fully vetted (Spay/ Neutered, Micro chipped, DHPP and Rabies Vaccinated) and other possible vet care prior to adoption.
