FROM SHY SHELTER GIRL - TO SWEETEST BEST FRIEND!<br/><br/>Hi everyone! My name is Reba! <br/><br/>I'm a sweet little pocket Pyr with a big heart, and I'm looking for my forever family!<br/><br/>If you knew me when I first arrived at GPRA, you wouldn't believe how far I've come! After spending time in the shelter and boarding, I had so much to learn about living in a home. Everything was new and a little scary, but I've been working hard to become the confident girl I am today!<br/><br/>Guess what? Hardwood floors and doorways don't scare me anymore! Those used to be some pretty big obstacles for me, but now I walk across those floors and through doorways like I've been doing it my whole life. My foster family is so proud of me!<br/><br/>I've been in my current foster home for a while now, and I'm doing wonderfully! I've gained some much-needed weight, and even more importantly, I've gained confidence. I'm learning to trust, relax, and enjoy all the wonderful things that come with being part of a family.<br/><br/>I'm still a gentle, sweet-natured girl who can be a little shy at first, but once I feel comfortable, my loving personality really shines! I enjoy spending time with my people, going for walks, and hanging out with my doggy friends. I walk nicely on a leash, too!<br/><br/>Now, I do have one little confession. I'm still learning that chew toys are for chewing and things like rugs are not! Oops! Sometimes I get a little confused about what's mine to chew on, but I'm working on it. A girl can't learn everything overnight, right? With a little guidance and some good chew toys, I'll keep getting better!<br/><br/>I'm also continuing to get more comfortable with car rides. I'm learning that they can lead to some pretty fun adventures!<br/><br/>One important thing my forever family should know is that I prefer to have my own space at mealtime. I can be protective of my food around other pets, so I need to be fed separately. It's an easy routine that keeps everyone happy and comfortable.<br/><br/>I've made so much progress since coming to GPRA, and I'm not finished blossoming yet! I may still need a little patience and encouragement in new situations, but I've already shown everyone just how much I can accomplish with love, kindness, and a little time.<br/><br/>I'm no longer the frightened little girl who was afraid to walk through a doorway. I'm becoming a happy, confident, loving companion who is ready for the next chapter of her life.<br/><br/>Now all I'm missing is a forever family to share it with.<br/><br/>Could you be my pyrfect match?
