Ready

Ready is a very handsome two year old blue Italian Greyhound with a mischievous smile! <br/><br/>He has settled into his foster home and is a wonderful guest - he is crate trained and house trained. He lives with 3 other dogs and a cat, all of whom he gets along with beautifully. <br/><br/>Ready loves to go for walks with his family and sniff as much as he can! He has recently discovered toys and enjoys squeaky toys. Ready is food motivated and eager to please his foster mom. He learned "sit", "down", "touch" and "watch" quickly - additional obedience training will help him to bond quickly with his new family. His ideal home would have an IG or 3 already, a securely fenced yard for pottying and playing, a family that doesn't work a full-time position outside the home and possibly a kitty too. <br/><br/>Ready prefers the company of women and has been reactive to the men in his homes. He would do best in a calm household with another playful younger IG to help show him the ropes and build his confidence. While he bonds quickly to the women in his life, he is content sleeping in his own crate overnight. Ready will need a patient family who is willing to give him space and support as he adapts to his new environment and learns the daily routine.
