Reader is a parvo survivor who has one more obstacle to clear before he can live his most active puppy life. This cute little guy arrived at Gigi's not only with parvo, but with a broken rear leg. He's now recovered from parvo and our amazing medical team will be removing his hind leg on 7.26. Once that surgery is completed, he will need to return to Gigi's for rechecks as he heals but he should not have any further complications as a result of that injury. <br/><br/>Hi, my name is Reader! I'm learning to be a bold, playful puppy and am seeking an active family of my own! As with any puppy, I will need patience and understanding as I navigate and learn about the world around me! I'll benefit from reward-based training as I learn about potty training and foundation manners.<br/><br/>I will likely grow to be a medium to large sized dog as an adult and have moderate to high energy levels. I'll also benefit from continued socialization with other dogs, people, sights, and sounds!
