Meet Rayo 💚🐾—a adorable 9-month-old Heeler mixes who is ready for his next chapter!<br/>He is incredibly playful, friendly, and gets along great with other dogs.<br/>Rayo is full of personality, loves to play, and would thrive in a home where he can stay active and continue building on his social, happy nature.<br/><br/>Adoption Process for out of State Adoptions.<br/>Dogs without committed foster placements.<br/><br/>Application Submission – Start by completing our adoption application on our website.<br/><br/>Application Review & Background Check – We carefully review each application and conduct a background check as part of our approval process.<br/><br/>Adoption Agreement & Fee – Once approved, you’ll complete an adoption contract and submit the adoption fee. Your dog will then be scheduled for the next available transport to Washington.<br/><br/>Home Check – A brief home check is required to ensure a safe and suitable environment for your new pet.<br/><br/>Please make sure you are fully committed before applying. At the time of pick-up, we will take a photo of you and your new family member to celebrate the adoption.
