Ray's Story

Ray's mix is a mystery, but he is a stunningly handsome fellow. He looks to be mostly shepherd (Akita?) with various other breeds undoubtedly thrown in there. He has perfectly perked ears and a long curled tail that seems to have a mind of its own.

Ray is high energy and strong, but he has shown himself to be very smart and trainable. Ray's favorite place to be is next to his human. Ray is crate trained and, although an energetic guy, will settle down with some toys in the office.

Ray will thrive in a home with someone that has a yard and enjoys activities such as hiking and playing with their dog. We do not recommend Ray to a home with small children as he can still be a little mouthy when he plays and doesn't know his size sometimes. If you are looking for a fun, exuberant, silly, loyal active dog, please consider Ray!
