Meet Ratty Roger! Ratty was found tied up on the side of a gas station in the Texas heat. He was skin and bones, no access to fresh water or shade. He really is a miracle baby. Ratty has severe intestinal parasites and was covered in fleas. Today he is a happy and healthy boy! He is current on all vaccines and preventions. Ratty is pee-pad trained and we are working on potty training
