Rascal Flatt

Meet Rascal Flatt!

Rascal Flatt is a sweet little guy who is looking for someone willing to give him a little extra time, patience, and love. He is 7 years old and weighs 6lbs.

We want to be upfront about a couple of things: Rascal is not yet house trained, and he is not comfortable walking on a leash. His foster family is working with him on both, but he will need time and continued patience as he learns these important skills.

What Rascal may lack in training, he makes up for with his sweet personality. He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home, although if given the choice, he would much rather be snuggled up with his person. He is a shy little guy, and when he feels unsure, his go-to move is to roll over onto his back in submission.

Please apply at tzuzoorescue.com if you are interested in adopting from Tzu Zoo Rescue. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
