Hi, I'm Rascal and I'm very handsome. I'm about 1 year old and weigh about 29 lbs now. I'm pretty much full grown but may gain a few more pounds. <br/><br/>I'm house trained, crate trained, and walk well on a leash. I'm very sweet and love other dogs. <br/><br/>I came from West Virginia where there are a lot of back yard breeders. Someone just dumped me. But thankfully, some amazing people stepped up and got us vetted and got us safely to Northern Virginia where we are now in a foster home. <br/><br/>I may be some kind of terrier or doodle. <br/><br/>I'm being fostered in Fairfax, VA.
