Rango is a young terrier-Border Collie mix with a gentle soul and a quietly hopeful heart. When he first arrived at the rescue, he was very frightened and shut down, unsure of the world around him. But day by day, Rango is beginning to come out of his shell and learn that people can be kind.<br/><br/>He's still quite timid around humans and prefers to take things slow-but what's special about Rango is his curiosity. Even when he's unsure, he'll bravely come up to sniff, observe, and check things out on his own terms. Trust is blooming, one small step at a time.<br/><br/>Where Rango truly shines is with other dogs. He loves playing, running, and taking cues from his canine friends, and we think he would thrive in a home with one or more confident dogs to help show him the ropes. His Border Collie-terrier mix gives him a playful, active side that really comes alive during doggy playtime.<br/><br/>Rango is neutered and up to date on all vaccines.
