Ranger (Formerly Rabbit)'s Story
Updated 20Sep25

Ranger

Ranger's life began at Memphis Animal Services, surrendered alongside his six siblings by an owner who could no longer provide for them. For an older puppy litter, that could have been the end of the road - but when we saw these seven, we knew they deserved their chance.

The tallest of the group, Ranger carries himself with a quiet, stoic confidence. He's known as the "protector" of the litter, not because he's aggressive, but because he is keenly aware of his surroundings. Ranger always seems to know where his siblings are and keeps a watchful eye on the people around him. Smart as a whip and graceful in movement, Ranger has both the brains and the presence to turn heads everywhere he goes. And like his siblings, he's velcro at heart, forming deep, loyal bonds with his people.

Best Fit: Ranger will thrive in a home that appreciates his intelligence, stoic nature, and attentive loyalty. He's the kind of dog who will bond deeply, staying alert and connected to his people - a graceful guardian and lifelong companion.
