Ranger's Story
Meet Ranger!

If you've spent any time at Noah's Arc, chances are you've met Ranger. As one of our longest residents, he's been patiently waiting for someone to see what we see every day, a fun-loving, loyal dog with a heart full of love.

Ranger is a people dog through and through. He loves attention, enjoys spending time with his humans, and is always ready to flash his signature smile. Whether he's joining you for an adventure or simply hanging out by your side, Ranger is happiest when he's part of the family.

Over the years, we've learned that Ranger is incredibly smart, eager to please, and forms strong bonds with the people he trusts. What we haven't fully figured out yet is exactly what his perfect match looks like when it comes to other animals.

Ranger can be selective with other dogs in the shelter environment, but shelter life doesn't always show us the full picture. Because of that, we're continuing to learn more about his comfort level with other dogs and cats and are exploring training opportunities that could help him thrive. We aren't ready to put him in a box or make assumptions about what he can and can't do in a home environment.

What we do know for certain is that Ranger loves people and deserves a family willing to give him a chance.

At the end of the day, Ranger isn't looking for perfection he's looking for someone to believe in him.

He's neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and more than ready to leave shelter life behind for a forever home.

Could you be the one to finally give Ranger the happy ending he's been waiting for?

About Noah's Arc Animal Rescue

Noah's Arc Animal Rescue is a foster-based nonprofit rescue located in East Tennessee.

Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate.

Our goal is to match every pet with the right family. Thank you for choosing adoption and supporting rescue.
