Ranger's Story
Meet Ranger

At just 2 years old, Ranger is learning that sometimes life can change in an instant-but he's never stopped believing in people.

Unlike many dogs who come through rescue, Ranger wasn't born into homelessness or found as a stray. He was a beloved family dog until his owners went through a divorce and could no longer care for him. Through no fault of his own, Ranger suddenly found himself at Noah's Arc, trying to understand why the only home he'd ever known was gone.

Despite having his world turned upside down, Ranger has remained one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you'll ever meet. His tail is always wagging, he's eager to make new friends, and he greets everyone with a gentle, happy spirit. Ranger loves affection and is happiest when he's close to his people, whether that's joining you for a walk, relaxing in the yard, or curling up nearby after a long day.

Ranger gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has lived successfully with canine companions. He does great with children and has never met a stranger. While he hasn't been tested with cats yet, his easygoing, friendly personality suggests he'll continue to make friends wherever he goes.

Like anyone who's experienced a sudden loss, Ranger is still adjusting. One day he had a family and a routine, and the next he was starting over. It's been a confusing journey, but he hasn't let it harden his heart. Instead, he continues to trust, love, and hope that someone will choose him again.

Ranger isn't looking for anything extravagant-just a family to love, a soft place to sleep, and someone who will promise that "forever" really means forever. In return, he'll offer unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and the kind of companionship that only a rescue dog can give.

Ranger is:
* Approximately 2 years old
* Neutered
* Great with children
* Dog-friendly
* Friendly, affectionate, and eager to please
* Ready to find his forever home

*About Noah's Arc Animal Rescue*

Noah's Arc Animal Rescue is a foster-based nonprofit rescue located in East Tennessee.

Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian.
