Rambo's Story

Goshen NY
Meet Rambo, he was adopted to a family with 3 young children by a shelter, just handed over and he was only in the shelter 24 hours. Drove home with 3 young kids, Very sad to say the least. We have him now and he will be getting neutered Tuesday. He is up to date on shots and crate trained...
More about Rambo
He is just 1 year old, he has some guarding issues with toys and things he can steal, like pillows or blankets etc. He does have ghiardia which is being treated, he was skin and bones which obviously made him hungry, so feeding time needs to be done in the crate for right now, we food tested him and yes he growls if you try to touch his bowl but will not leave the food to bite. He is full of puppy energy as he was crated most of the time with the original family.
Here is what Rambo needs
An active home so he is able to get his energy out. A fenced in yard would do him best so he can run and play and burn that energy off. NO CHILDREN only because of his guarding issues. NO CATS he sees them as prey. If you have a female dog of a larger size then a meet and greet needs to be done. Rambo needs an experienced owner to help him over some hurdles.

If interested email rottnrescues@aol.com and put Rambo in the subject line.
Application and approval must be done before meeting Rambo.
