Rama's Story
Captain Rama at your service!

Mom said it's no coincidence that I was given this name as I put the 'rama' in drama. I am loud, obnoxious, and unapologetically chaotic but we all know this is just part of my Husky charm. If you don't appreciate screaming, tantrums, and a whole lot of hair then I am definitely not the guy for you. Hey, can't blame a kid for being honest!

A kind motorist stopped to help me when he found me wandering alone in the woods with a leash attached to my collar. I was a bit uneasy about the situation but my growling tummy overpowered my fear as I was lured into the car with some tasty chicken nuggets. The real work began once I arrived at the shelter. My kennel mom suspects I was an outside dog whose contact with humans was extremely limited as my intake behavior was classified as "feral". Mom and I spent several months mastering the art of coexistence as I let her know in no uncertain terms that she was not welcome to touch me or even so much as brush up against me. Slowly but surely I started to come around and eventually discovered that the human touch does not need to have a negative association.

Now I love zooming in the yard with my friends and chasing my toys. Bonus points if there's snow on the ground! I come on very strong with new dogs and it is more often than not received poorly by the other party. Mom thinks I would do best either as an only dog or with a laidback female Husky. Though I am not looking to share my new home with cats or children I undoubtedly have enough love and personality to equal fifteen kids and kitties. When I pick my person, I am a very sweet and sensitive baby who loves all the good scratchies and paw rubs. Mom says I am very good at engaging different modes and know when to be the rough and rumbly athlete and when to be her little sweetie pie. Due to my needs, Husky experience is required if you are interested in scheduling a meet and greet with me!

Well what are you waiting for?! Hit that button and let's get this show on the road :D
